Thank you for subscribing to Catron County News. Since your newspaper goes through the US Postal Service there are very stringent requirements for setting up a subscription account. Because Catron County has such variations in designations of mailing formats for boxes and rural routes the subscription you are trying to purchase may not go through. Give it a shot, because it has worked for some. . . but, if you get error messages our local post office offered some advise:
So, here’s the bare-bones.
#1 NEVER use P.O. nor Box – use Apt. for apartment
#2 to the end of your zip-code add a zero to your box number, like 87830-0805
The Post Mistress said it may not work the first time, so try again ~ but may not work at all.
In that case you can use mail that only the Reserve Post Office touches and send a check to:
Steve Gartin 7 Second Street Box 805 Reserve, New Mexico 87830
